Tree House

Addison and Ayla went on a little visit to Grandma Beth and Grandpa John's over the weekend.  They talked Grandpa into building a tree house.   They worked hard and still need to go back to finish it.  I guess Addison got up at 5:45  to begin work!!

 We celebrated Father's Day on Thursday at COSI, Adam had to work on Father's Day.

We did the adventure treasure hunt, and it was lots of work but we made it!! Ayla loved reading the map!!

Velvet Ice Cream

Today we met Dawn, Gavin and Graycen at Velvet Ice Cream.  We had a great day and great weather.  The kids loved feeding the fish.

After we left the Ice cream factory we decided to surprise Grandpa Tom with a father's day gift and visit.  He was home mowing and we were visiting and playing and having a good time.  Addison was playing ball and fell and hit is face on  a huge rock and was in lots of pain so we headed to urgent care! Luckily she thinks it is fine. She said it may have a hairline fracture but doesn't want to do an x-rays or scans yet becasue of the exposure to the radiation.  We are praying it heals fast!!  It was looking worse tonight!

Son Surf VBS

This year we had an early VBS, we were able to invite many friends!! Anna, Ali, Ethan, Owen and Braxton! I was in charge of snacks and getting most of our munchkins to VBS...lo.

                 Tuesday night we had a little slumber party, Brax, Ethan and Owen spent the night. Addison and Ayla were upset that Anna and Ali didn't but I didn't have enough room in my car!!

Swimming Lesson Week 1

Swimming Lessons are finally going well for Ayla!!

I had intentions of taking the kids swimming several times before swimming lessons this year but the weather has been terrible, so today was our first lesson.  Addison did really good and seems to be  a fish, Ayla is a little scared still.  She ended up doing better than I thought she was so I hope after the 8th lesson we have two little fish!!  

Piano Lessons

Ayla and Addison had the first official piano lesson today!! They both did really well!! I hope they enjoy it!! They are really exctied about it at this time!!

the Wilds

 On Saturday we planned a last minute trip to the Wilds with Amity, Cole and Corbin, we had a perfect day!! I was a little scared of these Ostrich.
