Trick or Treat

We had our annual Trick or Treat Party!! Our friends from the babysitter came over to trick or treat and have pizza. Ayla the poodle and Addison the giraffe had a great time again this year.  The kids were as excited as they are for Christmas, glad we started this little tradition!!

Ethan and Owen came but baby sister Caramia was sick and Elly was at her moms, we missed them!!

Here is the kids that went with us!! Pretty cute crew if you ask me!! We had about 20 people in our little group, we missed Hudson he was feeling under the weather so Tami stayed back with him.  I am going to steal a picture from his blog so you can see how cute he looked!!

Going to Diane's our first stop.

The Vincents went all out again, boy we sure are glad they started handing out candy again, the have a butler that talks and a bowl with a hand that grabs you when you reach in!

I was sweating even though it was chilly, it was so crowded and I was busy keeping an eye on the kiddies and pushing the stroller! We are so blessed to have great friends to share these fun holidays with!!

Pumpking Carving

Ayla's instructions for mommy to carve her pumpkin were circle eyes, triangle nose and sad face with two square teeth, Addison's instructions for Daddy were triangle eyes, triagle nose and smiley mouth with pointy teeth.  The kids loved carving this year.

There is a note on the door we were "booed" this year. I forgot to post about it, we heard a knock on the door the day Addison got stitches and found a black box with tons of treats, it was so much fun "booing" someone else, we went shopping and planned our drop off and surprised some buddies..

Addison's Farm, he built...

Addison took some photos asked me to put it on the blog.  This is what he wants to write about the photots.  This is the cow that is named black and white, the brown horse with white feet is named Horshoe, the two other horses are named Clancy and Booster and they are girls. The others on the other side behind are boys and the biggest brown one was named Speed, the little one that is brown has white shoes and its name is Elephant, the last two are named Tractor Farm and Fencedry.

This is a John Deere the  horse that you already heard about, there is only three in the girl pen. You already heard about Black and white and the other one is named Horn, they are cows.

You have already heard about Black and white and Horn, now we are going to move on to the Hairy cow, it is gray and white, its name is Woodsfight.  The other two cows that are black and white that do not have horns the one on the left is a girl named Tinkerbell the next is a boy and his name is Moose.   The just plain white one with horns and with the head down is named White. It is a boring name, the longhorn is named Longhorn, the next brown and white with white on its feet and head is named Kickstrength.

You already heard about the front girls, the truck is the farmers truck and you can see the fences and this is a whole farm that I built.

Isabella's Birthday

On Saturday Addison, Ayla and I traveled to Chillicothe to celebrate Isabella's Birthday, they had it at a place called Cardo's. They had games, bounce houses and pizza. All of the kids are playing games here.

Then we traveled to Dresden for Addison's last soccer game, the Ayla and Claire cheering on Addison's team!! They won against the tough black team!!

What a great season!!

Next we went to McDonalds corn maze, we made it through the White - tailed deer maze what fun!!

Trying to pick our our pumpkins.  The owner said the deer ruined 2,000 pumpkins this year so it was slim pickings!!

Addison just before he got his stitches removed.

Grandma Nancy

Thanks for all of your prayers for Grandma Nancy, she is no longer in pain, she passed away on Saturday.  We already miss her dearly but are thankful she is no longer in pain! We were able to spend lots of time this week with family. Please continue to keep my family in your prayers!

Addison's First Stitches

Addison had his first little accident today.  I was dropping Ayla off at Tami's, Addison was playing with the boys and he somehow fell and hit his mouth. It was pretty bad, so  I took him to the ER and he had to be put to sleep to get 3 stitches.  We are home and doing better! He was very upset about missing school!!  ( hope that lasts for the next many years)

Update on Grandma Nancy, she is being moved back home tomorrow and Hospice will be coming in to help take care of her. Please pray for her and my family!

Hayride at the Farm 2011

This year the weather was perfect for Uncle Dan and Aunt Susan's annual Hayride/Weiner Roast!! This year herding sheep and horseback riding was added to the day of fun!!  Susan and Janet spoiled Addison and Ayla yet another time!!  Ayla riding the horse, very brave!!

Addison riding the horse!

The sheep Brian and Trouble follow the horses everywhere so Adam and Janet rode the horses to another pasture to attempt to put the sheep into it.

Susan, Addison, Ayla and I walked up to the other pasture, Ayla rode with Daddy back.

Addison rode with Janet back....... and the sheep got out of the fence and followed us back!! They were quite funny little fellows!!

The Davis men watching the fire!

The scarecrow made his annual appearace, Ayla was sooooooo excited, she heard the tractor coming and couldn't stand still she loved it!!

On the way home we received a phone call that a little boy in Addison's class was hit by a car and didn't survive, he was a twin and had a brother in the 2nd grade.  Please pray for his family, and friends and for the teachers at school tomorrow.  Addison is really having a hard time with it.
