Last Soccer Games

Well we got rained out on our last game of the season.. We were really bummed out.  But it quickly became the best day ever since Ayla got her first ever trophy!!

Mom's Day with Ayla

Thursday was Mom's day at Ayla's preschool, I took the morning off and spent time in the Big Bird room!  Ayla was so good and sweet.  Mrs. Mac and Mrs. Barclay said Ayla is always doing what she is supposed to be doing and is a great student!!  So proud of her!!

After I left Ayla's school, I was a little early getting back so I joined Addison and his buddies for lunch, it was nice to meet some of his new buddies!!

Birthday Weekend

Adam, Addison and Ayla had many fun things planned to help celebrate my birthday this weekend.  Saturday they bought me donuts for breakfast, we went put put golfing, out to lunch at Garfields.

I know this is a bad picture but they also got me a chocolate cake with chocolate icing..yum.  We also had a movie night we watched Madagascar 3. They were so thoughtful, we had so much fun!!

They remembered last year when we got "booed" we decided to find something different and this is what we came up with, Sunday evening we went "booing" we booed 9 kids, it was soooo much fun, I laughed so hard watching them run in fear of getting caught!!
Ayla scored a goak on her team!! Whooohoo..

Addison also scored a goal.  Needless to say soccer games went awesome as well.

After the soccer games we went to the pumpkin patch and corn maze.  We were able to find our way out of the maze 2 times.

We took the hayride.

Played with some animals

Soccer Week #4

We had a rough weekend, Ayla got sick and we had to cancel our plans to go to the Rodeo on Saturday night.  We almost skipped soccer but Ayla thought she needed some fresh air and ended up playing.  Grandma Becky and Grandpa Tom came to watch them play.  Addison played very hard and very well both offense and defense.  They lost, I think the score was 0-1. It was a great game.

Ayla decided to play and she played very hard as well, that orange team was tough.  They scored lots of goals.  We went to the Dari Twist in Dresden with Grandma and Grandpa after to celebrate by eating ice cream!

Zipping at the Wilds

We had reservations to zip on Sunday but Saturday evening we had the chance to "get it over with"!  I got so nervous and was terrified, Ayla was correct I was terrified.  We managed to get 6 people to go with us, Adam, me, Aunt Susie, Eric, Jenefer, Amanda, Mom, Uncle Ray!

We had a practice zip to be sure we could do it!

The wonderful guides played tricks on me.  I have been lifting weights with Adam, although I am still weak I was nervous about being able to pull myself across, Troy our guide held my harness making it really difficult for me to pull myself across, I was unware of this at the time!

Aunt Susie was so cute, every time she would zip she would say, 1....2.....3... and she would go it was so funny!

The Kutscherenko Crew with our guides Troy and Nikki!
It  was getting dark by the time we were finsihed, which I think helped that I could barely see my final destination.  My legs were shaking the entire time, I tried to enjoy the view and look at the animals, it was really neat seeing the Wilds from that point of view!!

I think it is safe to say we all had a very fun time, we sure did laugh lots!!

The Wilds Weekend

Last weekend we had a wonderful weekend at the Wilds.  We rented the Lodge with the Kutscherenko side of the family.  We had a fire, the lake and lodge, what more can you ask for.  ( my camera broke so I didn't get many photos ) Friday night we had a fire and watched Yogi Bear next to the fire.  Saturday we had 2 open air buses to go on tour.  It was a little chilly but we had a great time! I think total we were able to get 34 of the Kutscherenko family members out to join in the fun!  We fished on the lake, I think Ayla caught the most and biggest fish!  The kids had fun playing in the little boats in the lake and on the dock.

We drove in the back of trucks over to carnivore to see the cheetahs, dogs and dholes

Some of the kiddies who were able to make the trip.  The kids were so well behaved and had such a great time playing with each other!

A momma and her baby rhino that was week old, momma would not allow us to get to close, they have been trying to get her to go inside the barn but have not been successful.

Thanks to all of the Kutscherenko family and Adam for making this first weekend event at the lodge a successful trip!
