Soccer Week #2

Ayla had the camera and took picture of Addison's team, they did really well and played hard.  Addison really did great but they lost 0-1.

Corbin came a little early and watched Addison's games, he posed for Ayla while he was waiting.

Today was an exciting day, Ayla and Corbin's team played against Braxton's team, Maddie and Ty were also kids we know on Braxton's team.

Braxton working hard for a goal... he got one.  He did a great job!

Ayla scored 2 goals today, she did really well, poor Corbin had a belly ache today, but he played well when he played.

Ayla found another soccerball whistle for Coach Ryan so now they both have cool soccerball whistles!!

Hudon eating a brown that Tami brought, she surprised us and came and had treats for the kids.  Hudson was even willing to share with me, how sweet!  After the game we went to Ace's in Dresden for dinner! What a fun day!

Children's Choir

Once a month Addison and Ayla sing in the Children's Choir at church, today Addison sang a duet with Lucas, they did a wonderful job! I was so proud of him.

We loved watching thme because you had to clap and stomp it was so cute. Ayla did a wonderful job as well. All of the kids did a great job!

Today during the children's message Dr. Fewell was talking about memories of going to his grandpa's garden and being sure he did not step on the vines so that he would not kill the pumpkins.  I guess this reminded Addison of Grandpa John and his garden, he told Dr. Fewell that his grandpa thinks that rhino poop makes his tomatoes grow bigger!  Everyone thought it was soooo funny.  Adam had several serious requests for loads of rhino poop.  ( it is that time of year you know)

Slumber Party

We had surprise guests that wanted to spend the night at our house when we got home Saturday night, Grandma Beth, Jack and Myia stopped by to spend the night.  Myia and Grandma were still sleeping at this early hour!

Goodbye Priya

Saturday night we went to Kim and Juston's to a Wilds party, Priya the vet for 3 years is leaving the Wilds and going to the zoo.  We had a goodbye party for her.  This is a blurry picture of the staff at the Wilds who attened the party!

Kaid, Addison, Ayla and Anna had a great time playing with each other, it has been a long time since they have hung out together!

Baby Darby

 Today was an exciting day!! Baby Darby had her first day at Tami's.  Ayla had never got ready so fast in her life!! She asked if she could skip making her bed since it was a special day. It is hard to believe she is 6 weeks already, and Emily's maternity leave is over!  It is nice to have all of the kids back at Tami's and we are so blessed that baby Darby's heart surgery is over and she is doing so well!!  Liam was to busy to pay attention to me today! I need to take a picture of the kids in the morning, it is a great way to start the day.  All of the kid are excited to see Addison, Ayla and I , they are all on the early schedule so we get lots of attention.  I get hugs from 6 kids every morning, sometimes they even stand on the porch in a line and wave bye to us!!  We are very blessed to have the friends at Tami's!! We love them all!!  Baby Hudson looks like a grown up now! 

Addison's Grandparents Day

Wednesday was Addison's Grandparents day, he was very happy to have Grandpa John and Grandma Beth, and Grandpa Tom and Grandma Becky come to school and spend the hour with him.  After school we picked Ayla up, went to the Depot for dinner and then went to watch Ayla at gymnastics, she did a great job.  It was a fun day!!

This was Addison on his Health Walk, thanks for all who gave him pledges.

Soccer Game #1

Addison played a really good game, he blocked some shots and played really hard.  He was disappointed his team did not win, but they played really well!!

Cole and Adam, notice Adam's whistle, it is a soccer whistle, you could barely hear it. It was a party favor from Addison's birthday party!  We are going to try to find Cole one for the next game!!

Ayla and Corbin played very well! They each scored 2 goals!!  My stomach hurts from laughing, it was very funny watching the youngsters!! I missed the young ones!!
