Skating with the Holden's

Myia and Jack are on spring break this week.  Brittany is going back to school and starting classes this week so Myia and Jack are staying with Grandpa John during the day.  They came up and went roller skating with us one night!!

Corbin's 2!!

We repeated last Saturday again today except today was Corbin's 2nd Birthday Party after both soccer games.  It was fun to go visit Corbin at his house and play with all of his toys!!

Grandpa Tom came and went to the soccer games to help cheer on our little soccer players, they did well for him, they liked the audience!! Thanks grandpa for coming over!

Addison's team still undefeated!! He did a great job and had lots of fun!!

Ayla did great as well and her team won today!!

Meet Uncle Justin.....

Some of you know mommy has been driving clear to Chillicothe to go to the chiropractor. ( she had constant pain in her shoulder that wouldn't go away) Daddy'as sister Erin married Justin last year and he has been working in Chillicothe,Uncle Justin is a chiropractor and has been taking care of her since around Thanksgiving!! Luckily she began talking to him about it at a Thanksgiving dinner and finally moved on it!!  She has been feeling much better!!!  Thanks sooooo much for being so flexible with her, Uncle Justin!!!  Well today we went over to get her adjusted, first we met Grandma Patrick for lunch at Sumburger, then went to see Uncle Justin!  When we got there Uncle Dwight and Aunt Bette were there so we also got to visit with them, so that was nice.  Uncle Justin had some time before this next patient so we got adjust as well, below is a picture of each of us getting adjusted!! His office is pretty cool.  He has cool things they we can easily break.....Mommy gets nervous when we are there....haha..

It was a very good way to kick off my very short "spring break". Ethan, Owen and Elle are now in kindergarten so we don't get to see them much, I see them at school and the boys have been asking when they can come to our house, so I thought well we have Friday and Monday off so Thursday sounded good!!  My kids waited looking out the window Thursday evening as soon as we got home for the kids to come!! They rememebered what we did last time (which I did not) They remembered taking a bath, eating popcorn and reading books, so we did all of that again. I was surprised they wanted a bath!! They said they were tired at 8:45 and were in bed asleep by 9:30... I was so surprised!! What I didn't realize is that they would all be up at 5:50!!!!! I tried to tell them it wasn't morning but they just kept giggling so we got up and had pancakes!!!!  It was a great way to begin the long weekend!

Liam is 2!!

Last Saturday... I forgot my camera, however we had a very exciting day!!

First Addison had a soccer game, ( which his team is still undefeated), He played goalie for the first time and he played mid field.  Mid field is his very favorite position along with forward...He does great and is having TONS of fun!!

We had an hour break in between games so we went to Dollar Store to spend some money Grandma Patrick had sent.. It was buring a hole in our pocket.. Ayla bought a birdie with sunglasses and Addison bought a sheriff gun and badge!!

Then Ayla had her game, she practiced shooting the ball and did really good, her big brother is an awesome encourager and coach, especially when daddy is at work!!

Then we finally got to see where Liam lives.  He goes to the sitter with us and we have known him for a year and the entire year, Addison has wanted to see his house the entire time so we were really excited to be able to make it to his party this year!! It was alot of fun and great to spend time with some of Addison and Ayla's friends and families!!! Happy Birthday Liam!! Sorry no pictures!!

Grandma Nancy's Birthday Party!!!.....finally...

I guess we couldn't get all four to look at the camera... Addison, Ayla and Ashlyn pose with the birthday girl Grandma Nancy..... Last week was her birthday however she ended up in the hospital for almost a week.  They made some changes to her medicine and she said Friday and Saturday are two of her best days she has had in a long time.  Hopefully she continues to improve!! She was walking around the house yesterday when I got there so she is doing better!! It was great visiting with family we haven't seen in awhile.

Dentist

Addison had great teeth and did wonderful today at the dentist.  He went back all by himself and got his teeth all cleaned.  He learned everything he needed to learn to tell his sister since it was her first official cleaning!! And we also found out Addison has his first loose tooth.  She said it will be awhile before it falls out but it is loose!!!!!!!!!!

Ayla looking a little nervous before her teeth cleaning, she did wonderful and had great teeth as well....no problems for Ayla either! Addison stayed with Ayla while mommy got her teeth cleaned and took care of her.  He kept running to mommy and  told her how Ayla was doing.. Great kids!!

Indoor Soccer 2011

Addison moved to an older soccer team!! Boy this level is different to watch!! His first game they won 6-0 and the second game they won 5-0.  He is really doing good and having lots of fun running around.  It is very exhausting.  They play the entire field!! 

Ayla started her first indoor soccer as well and it is led by a coach and then you practice the skill with your parents and then you play a small game.  She scored a goal on her first game!! She really liked it and did well!!
